The location was excellent. the room size was good. I accessed the lounge in the afternoon and had free drinks and snacks. the staff was very helpful, and accessing the flagship store through the hotel was easy
the wooden floor had a lot of brown stains! though there were noticeable stains on the bathroom walls.

The location in Ginza was good. The hotel had a special back entrance so I did not need to access the store.
The free snack offered in the room was disappointing (I felt it was just the unpopular items). It seemed like they had a hard time selling it. I had hoped for more variety from a brand known for its snacks.

i adored the diffuser scents in the room. i also loved how clean and well-kept all the amenities were. the bed provided me with the best sleep i had during my entire trip (it was so comfy!).
i noticed some minor stains on the wooden floor, but it was a really small thing.
